Mozambique: UNAIDS and Chapo discuss impact of US financial cuts in health sector

The Mozambican Constitutional Council (CC) has just declared “the nullity of the acts inherent to the loan contracted by EMATUM SA, and of the respective sovereign guarantee granted by the Government, in 2013, with all the legal consequences,” read the closing arguments of a ruling issued today.

The news was brought by former CIP director Adriano Nuvunga on his Twitter page. Nuvunga currently heads ADS-Moz, a “Think and do Tank for Youth, Leadership and Development in Mozambique”.
