The Renamo leader confirms the creation of two new working groups as of next Monday to address issues related to the decentralization of public administration and military organic in Mozambique within the framework of political dialogue.
Afonso Dhlakama spoke to the press in Quelimane via telephone and said that he will soon come out of the bush and also confirmed that Renamo will be running for the coming municipal elections due to be held in 2018.
