Mozambique: Beira Investment Conference kicks off on May 31

The Beira Investment Conference 2018 will be held on May 31 in the capital of Sofala province. Organised by the Municipality of Beira, the meeting is to take place at the Lunamar hotel and aims to provide information to potential investors and partners about the state of affairs in the city and the various ongoing and planned investments and investment opportunities.

Beira is an increasingly attractive investment location, whether your business is transport, logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, financial services or other. The port of Beira is able to serve its customers in an efficient way and is expanding to serve future logistics flows. The municipal government of Beira and the utilities companies are investing in creating the right conditions for business and people to thrive in the city of Beira.

Program

The morning program of the conference will consist of a tour of the city and port with visits to the main investment locations to see for yourself how the city is preparing for the future. After the joint lunch you will be informed about infrastructure projects with the signing of an MOU. The update of the Beira Master Plan and all its subjects will be the main topic . In the networking event and conference dinner you will be able to speak directly with the decision makers of the city, the port and the utility companies.
