Procultura, through its partnership with the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, is opening applications, until July 7, for non-profit collective entities, with the aim of supporting the development of centres of contemporary artistic creation in the areas of music and performing arts.

An online Zoom clarification session for interested entities in Mozambique will take place next Monday, June 28, at 3 pm. Registration is required to participate in the session.

Applications: May 26 to July 7, 2021

Areas: Performing arts and / or music

Procultura will support the development of four poles of contemporary artistic creation in Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, São Tomé and Príncipe and East Timor

Supported activities may include:

Artistic investigation;

Creation of new artistic productions/works, namely, in the residency regime;

Programming of pre-existing productions/works of a training or capacity building nature;

Specific actions for the involvement and development of audiences, enabling local communities to actively participate in artistic creation and enjoyment.

By 2024, Procultura will support the cultural and creative economy in Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique and São Tomé and Príncipe and Timor-Leste.
