Mozambique: Gorongosa Park counts over 110,000 large animals in aerial survey
One Chinese and one Lebanese company were caught red-handed in Quelimane port on Monday trying to export wood illegally.
According to O País, the companies were identified by an anonymous tip-off on Sunday.
Xunglin Import and Export Company and Lebanese JM7 Limited were found to be exporting umbila and ironwood planks with a thickness of 38 cm, three times thicker than the 12 cm allowed by the license the two operators possess.
