António Rufino Cara-Alegre Tembe, died this Thursday at the Clinic of Maputo Central Hospital, of illness.
António Cara-Alegre Tembe was serving his first term as a member of parliament, in the Frelimo Parliamentary bench.
Cara-Alegre Tembe was a member of the National Defence, Order and Public Security Commission and President of the Mozambique – Vietnam Parliamentary League of Friendship, Solidarity and Cooperation, .
The deceased leaves a widow and nine children.
