Angolan head of state sends message to Mozambican counterpart – Angop

The message was handed by the Angolan President’s secretary for Diplomatic Matters and International Co-operation, Carlos Alberto Fonseca, in his capacity as special envoy.
The information, released by the press office of the Angolan Embassy in Mozambique, states that the Angolan statesman’s special envoy was received in the Presidential Palace of Mozambique.
The content of the message, however, has not been divulged to the public.
The audience was attended by the Mozambican minister of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation, Oldemiro Baloi.
