Angolan airline Fly Angola will create an airline in the Central African Republic later this year, starting operations from Bangui to Douala, Brazaville, Djamena and Kinshasa, the director general announced.
“The technical teams will work to assess the market and within six months, at least, we will present this new airline to the international community,” said the director general, Belarnicio Muangala, in statements gathered by Televisão Pública de Angola (TPA) in Bangui.
“We made this courtesy visit, we were received by the President of the Republic, who supported the project to establish Fly Centre-Afrique to operate from Bangui to Douala, Brazaville, Djamena and Kinshasa,” added the official.
The operational base of the new airline, “will be totally independent,” Belarnicio Muangala said in statements to journalists, as part of a courtesy visit by a group of businesspeople to the Central African Republic, an African country to the north of Angola.
Fly Angola is an airline dedicated to domestic flights, and serves the cities of Luanda, Lubango, Saurimo and Dundo
