Madagascar president Rajoelina 'ready to listen' but ignores calls to resign

The Northern Cape will be the only place in the country where people can go to the beach.
Public parks and recreational facilities across the country will be closed. This is with the exception of botanical gardens, zoos and aquariums.
Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs minister, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma made the announcement during a media briefing on Tuesday.
Hotel, lodges and BnBs will remain open.
