Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order releasing Andrei Kemarsky from his concurrent duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Mozambique and the Kingdom of Swaziland.
Another Executive Order appoints Alexander Surikov to the post of Russian Ambassador to Mozambique.
