Mozambique: Maputo National Park records 23 million meticais in revenue
In File Club of Mozambique
The police this week arrested three Zimbabweans on suspicion of poaching. The trio, as yet un-named, were caught carrying two tusks hidden in suitcases on the Chicualacuala-Maputo train in Maputo province.
The intended destination of the ivory is not known, but the intention was probably to smuggle them out of the country and sell them for a large amount of money.
