The South African authorities repatriated 214 Mozambicans and those from Eswatini one. The deportations took place between 6 and 12 March, according to data shared by the National Migration Service (SENAMI).
In a communique issued to the media on Thursday, SENAMI observed that this was a 100% increase, since, during the same period last year, there was no record of deportation of Mozambican citizens.
