Mozambique’s national roller hockey team took a significant step in the Nanjing 2017 Roller Games World Cup in China this morning by beating Germany, with a 7-3 win, securing a place in the quarter-finals and a second place in group A. The national team had earlier defeated Chile 5-3.
The victory against Germany may spark an even fiercer performance on Tuesday against the Spaniards, one of the modalities’ world powers, with the dream of beating the team and further improving the national team’s ranking.
