Yurungai – Nameless in Time, Live (Music)
NAMELESS IN TIME, is the concert about recognizing ones self, Yurungai calls herself NAMELESS because she considers herself in constant search for identity; and IN TIME, because she has a temporal body, that despite not knowing its history and/or its name, knows it exists. The songs talk about human subjectivity and the social context in which they are inserted. As for example the song Sentimento do Mundo (Feeling of the World), which talks about her understanding of the general feeling of things in the world, a feeling of beauty and pain, of passion, of humanity. The lyrics of Caril de Amendoim, which begins by explaining the recipe for Peanut Curry, a common food in Mozambique, and then talks about the geopolitical organization of the countries of the countries below the equator. SEM NOME NO TEMPO is the affirmation of existence.
