Workshop of transformed leadership
Leadership is an important differential in today's competitive world. The new current workforces yearn for development, challenge, and purpose. In this, some leadership skills are vital to raising the team's energy, satisfaction and motivation while delivering innovative results. This one-day workshop is an introduction to the essential aspects of transformational leadership.
In order to promote leadership among young Mozambicans, the Global Shapers Maputo Hub and the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI RLC SA Mozambique Alumni Chapter) hold the "Transforming Leadership" Workshop.
The workshop is aimed at young leaders, entrepreneurs, students, project managers, activists and volunteers
