Mozambique: ENI Open Day
Ubuntu Week-Servant leadership training “I am because you are!”
The first Ubuntu Camp in Mozambique will take place between Monday, 22 and Saturday, 27 January 2018 in Maputo.
The Pontes Ubuntu program is based on the Ubuntu concept - "I am because you are"/"I can only be a person through other people" - and draws inspiration from a number of leading reference leaders such as Nelson Mandela, Gandhi, Desmond Tutu , Martin Luther King, among others.
It proposes a training based on the development of tools/competences, learning and inspiration in the models (leaders) and in the experience of differentiating experiences and challenges. We aim to develop the participants' social and civic skills so that they can become agents of change at the service of the community, helping to build a more just and supportive world.
Ubuntu Camps presents an intensive one-week training program, according to a non-formal education methodology, for the training of young people with high leadership potential.
Applications are open for "UBUNTU: UBUNTU Week | Mozambique".
This program is aimed at young Mozambicans between the ages of 18 and 35 with a high leadership potential, enabling them to be agents of transformation within their communities.
