Second workshop to promote and facilitate the effective implementation of the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique
CDD will be hosting the second workshop in Pemba that will take place on 17 and 18 March 2021. This workshop is part of the project supported by the UK Government and aims to promote and facilitate the effective implementation of the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights in Mozambique, with a particular focus on Cabo Delgado Province. The central objective of the project is to minimize the risk of human rights abuses and security related incidents in the communities and to promote transparency and good practices of corporate social responsibility.
