‘Women Here and Now’ at the Brazil-Mozambique Cultural Centre in Maputo
National Platform for Youth Participation and Empowerment (CDD YOUTH Online TV) “A Year of Covid-19 Pandemic and Human Rights Protection in Mozambique”
CDD will be hosting another edition of “Youth in Action”, a debate program broadcasted live every Wednesday, from 6pm to 7pm, on CDD’s social media platforms: Facebook, namely, CDD YOUTH Online TV, CDD Moz, and CDD Juventude and on YouTube: CDD Moçambique and CDD Youth Online TV.
“Youth in Action” program is part of the main products of CDD’s National Platform for Youth Participation and Empowerment, CDD YOUTH Online TV, which, in its essence, aims to allow young people to have a space to share their ideas, perspectives and socio-economic and development projects without exclusion, opening space for more young people to participate in governance starting from school management, municipal governance and provincial institutions, and even at the national, regional and global levels.
‘Youth in Action’ is oriented towards the empowerment of boys. It is conceived and presented by boys and it broadcasts once a week for 60 minutes, and it has interventions by young people from every province. It insists on the entrepreneurship of young people.
This Wednesday edition, March 24th, young people will discuss about “A Year of Covid-19 Pandemic and Human Rights Protection in Mozambique”. The program will have the following participants:

4. Betuel Chau, Economist and Research Assistant at CDD (Speaker)
