Music and workshop: Feminist revolution
Hip Hop activist and turban workshop.
Revolução Feminista (Feminist Revolution) (RF) is a group of female rappers united in support of the struggle for female detachment and gender equality. With the intention of embracing every woman with will and revolutionary spirit this way covering vast areas developed activities inside and outside the musical arena (Hip Hop).
RF was founded by rapper Maria Luisa in 2012 and has been collaborating with associations such as Fórum Mulher and Mov Famme. The RF is fighting for women's rights, equal opportunities and the fight against domestic violence.
For this event RF presents an acoustic concert and a turban workshop as a way to rescue the woman's Africanity through the techniques of tying the scarf and making turbans.
