“Arte Assinada no Feminino” at MUSART
MTN BushFire festival 2023
Named a "Top African festival" by the BBC and hailed by CNN as one of the "7 African music festivals you really must see," MTN Bushfire is looking forward to reigniting the fire in the beautiful farmlands of Malkerns Valley, Eswatini, for a family-friendly, eclectic celebration of some of the best music from Africa and beyond.
Mozambique will be represented by the highly respected band Ghorwane, who have continued to present creative social criticism mixed with their own blend of traditional Mozambican music and Afro-Pop since their founding in 1983. Another Portuguese language highlight will be Scúru Fitchádu from Cape Verde, who represent a direct link between Cape Verdean music and the African matrix, performed within a Punk aesthetic with disruptive electronics.
Tickets can be purchased on the MTN Bushfire website, where glamping, camping and travel options can also be found. To learn more, visit the MTN Bushfire website, www.bush-fire.com, and look for other acts to be announced @mtnbushfire on the all-in-one chat and music app Ayoba, as well as on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
