Lenna Bahule – Album release of “Nômade”
After 5 years in São Paulo (Brazil), Mozambican singer Lenna Bahule returns to her hometown to present her first album, titled "Nômade", which premiered in Brazil in 2016.
For the concert of February 9 Lenna will have as guests: Danilo Moraes (Brazil), May Mbira, Cheny Wa Gune, Tchaka Waka Bantu, Hodi Cultural Association.
Lenna Bahule is a singer, born in Maputo. Shee began training in music at the age of five, having entered the National School of Music (ENM) in Maputo, where she learned to play piano. She began her solo career as a vocalist in 2006, writing songs, participating in cultural and exchange festivals, and collaborating with various Mozambican and foreign artists, experimenting with varied musical genres.
One of the highlights of her professional career in Maputo was the backing vocals of veteran Mozambican artist Stewart Sukuma, with whom the artist toured several European countries and Brazil in 2011.
