LAB INNOVA Sub-Saharan Africa – Technical program for agro-food companies
The project will start on March 18 with 3 distinct phases:
- Phase 1: 5 days of training in Maputo for 10 to 15 agro-industry companies as well as an audit to assess training needs during the coaching phase
- Invitation to participate in Italy at the MacFrut 2019 Fairs from 8 to 10 May 2019 or Cibus Tec 2019 which will take place from 22 to 25 October 2019
- Coaching with experts from ICE Agency's faculty for the purpose of providing individual assistance to Mozambican companies
Training in Maputo will cover the following topics:
- Technology for agro-food
- International Marketing
- The strategic choice of internationalisation
- Transcultural Negotiation
- International Marketing for agro-food
- International Contacts
- International Payments
- Agro-food logistics
- Legal framework for the export of agro-food to the Italian market
Logistics:
The logistics of training in Maputo will be the responsibility of the Italian Government, including the travel and accommodation of participants from the provinces. For the second phase of the project, the participants will be responsible for the costs of the Maputo-Italy-Maputo trip and the remaining expenses will be borne by the Italian Government.
