Kid’s book: launch: ‘Sara and the Secret’ – to help keep children safe from abuse
Join us for a special, educational morning along with our little ones at the launch of the children's book "Sara and the Secret" by Stella Manhiça Langa, from 10:00 a.m. this Saturday, December 2, at the Franco-Mozambican Garden.
The book, a fictional but pressingly relevant story, addresses the reality of the many children who are victims of sexual abuse within the family.
Through playful activities, we will discover together how we can, as parents and guardians, address these sensitive issues, enabling our children to understand danger and protect their bodies.
And the surprises don't stop there! The animation will be in charge of Tio Didinho, and to make the event even more complete and inclusive, we will have interpretation in sign language.
