Orange Corners Maputo is the spot where young university students (finalists and recent graduates) have access to everything they need to get their ideas off the paper and make their dreams come true. This Masterclass on Human Resources will be presented by Samuel Maputso Senior, Director of Human Capital and Training of BancABC Mozambique. Samuel has more than 24 years of experience in different human resources management functions, with different banking organizations, NGOs and FMCG. He is passionate about Organizational Development and Change Management, Talent Development and Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness and Women Empowerment. He was also involved in lectures and consulting. Samuel holds a degree in Psychology and Pedagogy from the Pedagogical University of Mozambique and is finishing his Masters in Management at the University of Liverpool.
