Floewe live in Maputo, with special guests Mingas and Feeling Capela
There is live music at the Fernando Leite Couto Foundation at 6:00 p.m. this Thursday, July 27.
Hailing from Eswatini, Floewe brings a performance celebrating their musical catalogue over the past two decades, from the album 'Colours of You'. The show will have varied moments, accompanied by soft and engaging rhythms.
The performance, supported by Nedbank, will also feature special guests Mingas and Feeling Capela.
Often described as an Afro-Soul singer, Floewe blends genres, incorporating jazz, and, with her latest album, elements of Urban, RnB and a touch of Latin, all firmly grounded in African beats.
Singing in siSwati, English and a mixture of both, she enjoys the versatility of the sounds that the different languages bring. While she sings about everyday life, her music offers the listener a lot more.
Tickets, price 550 Meticais, on sale at the Foundation from Wednesday, July 26 from 11:00 a.m..
