Parallel to the World Press Cartoon 2018 exhibition · The Best Cartoons of the Year, from July 25 to August 23, will be held on July 26, at 16h00 a talk with Rui Paulo da Cruz, director and responsible for communication and relations World Press Cartoon.
This conversation, titled "Cartoons against Monotony," aims to discuss the role of the cartoon in the press and its role in defending freedom of expression.
