Conscious Food Workshop
With this workshop one is to take a conscious look at their relationship with food and health, as well as learning in practice how to make some vegetarian dishes. Taking care of the body through a more conscious diet is a way of living, also more conscious and healthy.
It will help in learning more about vegetarian food, to know more about foods that we eat in excess such as Gluten, sugar and meat of animal origin and learn new ways to replace them with more healthy food.
One will know the approach of Chinese Medicine and the classification of foods and how to use them according to the seasons of the year. They will also talk about local foods and how to incorporate them into their recipes
