The Day of the Portuguese Language and Cultures of the CPLP will be celebrated in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences of Eduardo Mondlane University (amphitheater 1502), on the morning of May 8, in a Colloquium organized by the Second and Foreign Language Portuguese Language Camões-Portuguese Cultural Center in Maputo and the publisher Cavalo do Mar.
This Colloquium includes the lecture, Knits that the canon weaves: The Portuguese language in a context of diversity, given by Professor Carlos Reis (Portugal), specialist in the area of Portuguese literature and author of several books of theory and literary criticism, and a Roundtable on Writing Experiences, with writers José Luís Mendonça (Angola), Valter Hugo Mãe (Portugal) and Lucílio Manjate (Mozambique).
