‘AzgoDialogar’takes Maputo by storm
''AzgoDialogar' is the title of a conference to be held from tomorrow to Friday at the Franco-Mozambican Cultural Center (CCFM) and at XHUB in Maputo.
'AzgoDialogar' is a forum for critical thinking, knowledge sharing and the appreciation of music as a driver of social transformation.
For three days, artists, music professionals, cultural managers and representatives of festivals and international platforms will meet in Maputo to discuss key issues for the future of the Mozambican music sector.
The programme includes panels, workshops, debates and showcases, with a focus on internationalisation, sustainable business models, copyright and communication in music.
'AzgoDialogar' will culminate with a showcase featuring artists who represent some of the best of the national music scene. Names such as Xixel Langa, Cheny Wa Gune, Radjha Ally, bands Marrove and Kassimbos will close the event celebrating the creativity and diversity of Mozambican music production.
