Art workshop with Marcos Muthewuye
Marcos Bonifácio Muthewuye, was born on February 19, 1972, in Manjacaze, Province of Gaza. He attended high school at ENAV (National School of Visual Arts in Maputo). He graduated in Fine Arts from the Superior Institute of Art of Havana - Cuba, with a sculptor profile.
The workshop with the children takes place within the scope of the exhibition No Feminino, shown in the galleries of the CCBM. The goal is to create an interactive space of conversation and representation of what women are in society.
In this context children will have a space to express through paintings and other artistic techniques their ideas about women in their various contexts in an activity that is intended to be reflection, representation, creativity and conviviality.
Type of activity
Use of basic plastic languages such as drawing and painting as the main resource of practical activity; creation of objects with recycled material or considered wastage as part of the visual narrative intended with the Work shop.
Techniques
a) Drawing and painting;
b) Folding, cutting and gluing of paper;
c) Recycling
