About Aniano Tamele
Aniano Tamele was born on September 6, 1966 in Chibuto. He is the fourth child out of 10 children namely Johane, Gustavo, Borges, Aniano, Zefanias, Eusébio, Alegria, Diocleciano, Rosalina and Pérola.
He began his music career at his parents' home in Xai-Xai around 1976, learning to sing, chanting and dancing in the grouping of his father, the legendary Eusébio Johane Tamele or simply Zeburani. In 1977 he began to strum, taught by his brother, Borges.
Aniano Tamele joined the group of his father, having participated in several concerts, the most memorable being those performed by Radio Moçambique (RM) at FACIM 1978, 1979 and 1980, Chókwe, Xai-Xai, Chibuto, Manjacaze, etc. In this regard, besides Eusebio Tamele, artists and groups such as Alexandre Langa, Fany Pfumo, Alberto Mutcheca, Alberto Timane, Saveca, Jaimito, Rabadaba Zamutahaka, Dilon Djindji, Matchoko, among others.
It should be noted that in 1980 this grouping was mixed with musicians such as Elija Madzikatire from Zimbabwe. Aniano enters the studios, for the first time in 1978, and sings along with Borges and Zefanias, his brothers, titles Vakolonyi, Ukwedakwe damacaxoti, Titiani, making choirs. Ascanções had great success.
In 1984 he recorded in a duet with Borges, on the Tamele album, "Falsos amigos", the themes Utsama udakwile (You are always drunk), Thlelelakaya (Return home) and Mamani in papa (Mother and father), the latter did not become disclosed.
Aniano recorded in 1987 the song Vulavula N'kata (Talk sweetheart), his solo debut, which was very successful, running in programs like Ngoma Moçambique recently created by Américo Xavier, Izidine Faquirá and Élio Sarmento where they stood out voices like the ones of Gloria Muianga, Aurora Chambale.
