2018 Yoga Challenge
A week of yoga and workshops facilitated by Adriana Jamisse (Yoga Instructor, Masseuse, and choreographer) and Kathy de Araújo (Coach, Behavioral Analyst and Psychologist).
This challenge is constituted by:
Classes (Monday to Friday)
30 minutes- Applications of LifeStyle
Introduction of self-knowledge and self-discovery practices and tools from coaching, the yoga philosophy of life, and several other holistic somatic and psychological practices. These are super brief sessions, which will be the focus and intention of physical practice, this is to introduce aspects in order to know how to apply them to the different contexts of our lives.
1hr Yoga Practice
Class inspired by Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Tai chi, designed to expand knowledge and skills of advanced practitioners, but also to strengthen and encourage those who have never done yoga before. The lessons are based on knowledge that comes from different approaches to the human body, so it will have accessible knowledge for everyone. Beginners are more than welcome because they will have a broad vision of yoga practice and tips on how to practice alone, and for advanced this challenge is also advised as it brings different elements to yoga regardless of the style they already practice.
Workshop (Saturday)
This workshop is an opportunity to dedicate time not only to the physical practice of yoga, but also to the many tools that coaching gives us to improve our lives in a practical, accessible and dynamic way. This workshop will give us clear methods that can be applied to any area and to various circumstances, it will also be an opportunity to ask questions and clarify questions that may have arisen during the week.

Bring: face towel, carpet, water, fruit and / or nuts (for longer sessions). Dress yourself in comfortable clothes and exercise, and avoid using jewelry. Please 30 minutes before class and wait 30 minutes after class to eat a heavy meal
