OzMozis Limitada is a development and investment consultancy and services company based in Maputo. Michael Baxter, former World Bank regional director in southern Africa, founded OzMozis in 2009. OzMozis staff and consultant team is composed primarily of highly-skilled and independent-thinking Mozambicans. They are deeply experienced in local culture and ways of working, and understand how to design and deliver successful private and public sector development initiatives and investments for the national and regional business and governance environment. The firm operates principally in Mozambique and southern Africa, though has extensive experience in numerous countries elsewhere in Africa and beyond.
