The Mission of “Flags in Arms” is to give Mozambicans and the international market the opportunity to compete in the marketplace by offering skills and language development, and making them a contributing force in the Mozambican business community. It is our objective to create equal opportunities for all people, no matter what culture, race or gender.
Skills training for the employment of ‘Mozambicans” was the main objective for launching “Flags in Arms Professional Training & Languages”. One of the key factors is to assist Mozambicans who will be expected to communicate in English for professional reasons, and to pro-actively assist and to teach Portuguese to foreigners arriving in the country. ‘Flags in Arms” can also offer ‘Translating & Interpreting services” for individuals and organisations Finally, with so many jobs to be claimed by the Mozambicans, there is an enormous need to develop customer care training in the hospitality market, guaranteeing employment in this sector as well as developing skills for future “Safari Guides” to communities who live within game parks and natural reserves in the country.

Added to this, is the launching of the :‘International Womans Club of Mozambique ” – IWC is purely a Social club with the motto Friendship and Goodwill To All. It has no religious, political or commercial affiliations. The IWC has created a peaceful and harmonious forum for its members and everyone who joins in our activities. The IWC aims to bring together women of all ages and nationalities. The IWC brings together expatriate women from ALL over the world.
Through its activities, the Club provides opportunities to interact and share the cultures and interests of our members.
The IWC organises activities that help expat members familiarise themselves with the Mozambican culture.
