Correios de Moçambique, E.P.
Correios de Moçambique, E. P., is a public company, with legal personality and administrative, financial and patrimonial autonomy, exercising its activity in the subordination of the Ministry of Transport and Communications. It is governed by the Law of public companies, by their statutes, by the legal and regulatory provisions that especially apply to them as a company providing public services and, finally, in what is not specially regulated, by the norms of private law. The Government shall ensure the protection of the public interest that will guide all activities of the company, through the Minister of Transport and Communications, except in cases where it is expressly defined otherwise by law or by its statutes.
