Capital is a company of labor solutions for companies that operate throughout the African continent. Founded in 1985 in South Africa, the Capital has decided to expand its activities to other African countries, having at present 16 years of experience in the management of labor in various parts of Africa, offering different products and several innovative solutions.
Our aim is to optimize people’s productivity and income so as to increase the profit margin of our customers. We operate in various sectors of the economy, although we are experts in the oil and gas industries, mining and construction, electric power production, consumer goods and humanitarian assistance. We employ more than 100,000 people across the continent being the largest African company in the industry and we are still among the top ten companies worldwide in outsourcing human resources.
“Capital Africa” is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adcorp Holdings Limited, an entity listed on the Johannesburg stock exchange (JSE).
