D'Manyissa will perform the interpretation of some original songs, and some guests will also interpret some themes of his own, for example Xixel Langa, Acucena Matola, Ivan Flute, Énio Bambo, and Elias Muholove, all accompanied by his band.
Democritus Adolfo da Natividade Manyissa, by the artistically known as D'Manyissa, is a versatile composer and also an interpreter, having started his musical career in 2000, having been vocalist of Grupo Jazz Maputo. There are some songs of his own recorded in which he is himself the interpreter, such as the songs "A tiko dza Hombe" and "Nossa União", recorded in 2003 and 2010 respectively, which were finalists in Ngoma 2003 and Ngoma 2010.
He also has experience in composing songs for other national and international singers. For example, the singer Ancha Martins recorded the song "Te Quero Muito", with which she won the prize "Best female interpretation" in Ngoma and Top Female 2003.
Ancha and Raimundo Mauele recorded in duet the song "O Rouxinol"; Xixel Langa recorded the song "U Buya hi Kwini". The singer Açucena Matola recorded the song "Compromisso Real", with which she was a finalist in Ngoma 2011.
