“Mozambique is my favourite location” – English actor David Harewood

In an interview with the UK newspaper the Telegraph, English actor David Harewood voted Mozambique his “favourite location”.
“I got to know Mozambique from filming Blood Diamond [where he played Captain Poison]. The people could not have been more warm and friendly. And the landscape is spectacular,” he said.
David Harewood, 50, has a long career in film and television, having played iconic historical figures such as Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther King. More recently, he is to be seen in the American series, Homeland.
