Kroll amends Mozambique audit report: PGR republishes new summary – Unabridged communique

On June 24, 2017, PGR published the Executive Summary of the Independent International Audit Report to Proindicus, SA, EMATUM-Empresa Moçambicana de Atum, SA and MAM- Mozambique Asset Management, SA, carried out by Kroll in the context of the case Of Preparatory Instruction nº 1 / PGR / 2015.
Following the publication, Abu Dhabi Mar and Privinvest, and Palomar Capital AdvisorsLtd / Palomar Consultants LLC (jointly “Palomar”) contacted Kroll, through their lawyers, regarding the content of certain parts of the Executive Summary.
Subsequently, Kroll requested the PGR to publish the amended Executive Summary.
Thus, in order to satisfy Kroll’s request, the Attorney General’s Office publishes the modified Executive Summary in the English and Portuguese versions.
