The National Defence Minister of the People’s Republic of China, Chang WanQuann, has been visiting the country since yesterday with the aim of strengthening historic ties of friendship and cooperation with Mozambique as well as defining new areas of cooperation.
It is within this framework that talks are scheduled for today between the two countries, and the Mozambican delegation should be headed by the Minister of National Defence, Atanásio M’Tumuke.
