The presidents of the provincial administrative courts must guarantee justice in the administration of state business, President of the Administrative Court Machatine Munguambe said yesterday at the inauguration of presiding judges of the Tete, Inhambane, Niassa and Maputo provincial administrative courts.
They are Ivan Lisboa, for the province of Maputo; Claudio Canca for Niassa; Eulália Churana, reappointed to the post in the province of Tete; and Vasco Macudo, also reappointed to the province of Inhambane.
The judges told Radio Moçambique that their challenge is to serve the public better. Claudio Canca said enforcing the laws in force in the country was the main challenge, while Ivan Lisboa said that ensuring effective justice for citizens was a priority in the performance of their duties.
