Mozambique: Banks' mandatory reserves swelled to new record in September

The President of the CPLP Business Confederation, Salimo Abdula, will be honoured at the WOCA – World Company Award 2017 with a diploma in “World Leadership for the Propagation of Opportunities and Integration of Portuguese-Speaking Countries”.
According to the Board of Trustees of the Global Council of Sales Marketing, which unanimously approved the honour is more than a prize: “It is worldwide recognition granted to persons, companies, entities and occupants of public positions, for uncontested and unblemished conduct in favour of the quality of life of the society, social inclusion, respect for the orders of sustainability, governance and ethics in their respective activities, in addition to the recognized entrepreneurial highlight.”
The ceremony will take place at the Woca 2017 Brazil and Portugal Business Forum on June 23 in Lisbon, which is themed “Investment Opportunities in the State of São Paulo” and will be attended by the Governor of São Paulo, Geraldo Alckmin, who will receive the WOCA 2017 “Public Personality of the Decade” award.
The Brazilian Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, Blairo Maggi and the Portuguese Secretary of State for Internationalization, Jorge Costa Oliveira, will receive a Diploma of Honour with Merit.
Six other Brazilian and four Portuguese personalities will be honoured with the “Highlight of Honour” diploma in their respective activities.
The WOCA was created by the Global Council of Sales Marketing to “unite the useful and the necessary”, offering besides the awards ceremony and the Forum, opportunities to form corporate and social relationships.
