Mozambique and Norway to assess natural resources cooperation during Minister Klemens visit

The efficient and environmentally friendly management of natural and energy resources is the central theme of a visit Mozambique’s Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Letícia Klemens, is making to Norway this week.
The visit to Oslo comes in response to an invitation by her Norwegian counterpart, Terje Soviknos, and will provide an opportunity for the parties to also evaluate the institutional support Norway has been providing the National Petroleum Institute.
According to a press release sent to AIM by the ministry, the generation of renewable energy and the renewal of support for the oil sector will also be addressed.
Minister Klemens is accompanied on her six-day visit by ministry staff and representatives of companies supervised by her ministry.
