The Municipal Council of Maputo will install about 20,000 new parking spaces in the capital by 2019, as part of a new transit stance approved by the municipal assembly on Wednesday.
According to the municipal Councilor for Transport and Transit João Matlombe, the measures also provide for licenses for trucks entering the country’s capital and the opening of private carparks.
