BCI joins Mozambique Gas & Energy Summit

The National Inspection of Economic Activities (INAE) has ordered the closure of one bakery and fined others in the city of Maputo after irregularities were detected during INAE inspections.
Hygiene problems were the most glaring that the team of INAE inspectors found in the bakeries visited.
The list of bakeries includes the Lafões bakery, the Padaria Moçambique, Aliança and Paniafrica, which were subject to fines ranging from 100,000 to 800,000 meticais.
Paniafrica bakery has been closed until its situation is normalised.
