Mozambique: Women of Changara turn credit into prosperity

A maritime inspection team seized a tonne of live crab yesterday at the premises of a fish processing company in Angoche district, Nampula province. The seizure was made during Operation Banco de Sofala Norte.
The National Maritime Institute (INAMAR) stated that the seized crabs were smaller than the minimum size permitted by maritime authorities and will be returned to their natural habitat today.
The company involved is required to pay a fine to the State. The case has already been registered with the Coastal Police.
