3 October 2025: Concert for the XXXIII Anniversary of Mozambique’s General Peace Agreement
The Embassy of Italy in Mozambique is pleased to invite you to an evening of peace and music, to be held on 3 October at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Conception, starting at 7:00 p.m.
The concert celebrates the XXXIII Anniversary of the General Peace Agreement, signed in Rome under Italy’s mediation.
The event also seeks to mark the 50th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Italy and Mozambique.
Music will serve as the bridge between history and the future, in a concert featuring both classical and contemporary repertoires, with the participation of renowned artists from Italy and Mozambique. Among them will be the voices of Stella Mendonça and Sónia Mocumbi, and the melodies performed by Damiano Lazzaron (Piano), Stefano Pagliari (Violin), and Luis Lanzarini (Saxophone).
An evening to remember history, celebrate the friendship between peoples, and honor peace.
