The Attorney General’s Office (PGR) yesterday interviewed Dinis Tivane, advisor to Venâncio Mondlane, former candidate for President of the Republic, and formally named him an ‘arguido’ [formal suspect].
In this case, the PGR imposed coercive identity and residence measures (TIR), which means that Tivane cannot leave his residence for more than five days without communicating the fact to the authorities.
Dinis Tivane was interviewed [at the Public Prosecutor’s Office] as part of the investigation into cases related to the violent demonstrations that occurred following the legislative and general elections of 2024.
