Mozambique: New director of SERNAP sworn in

Prime Minister Maria Benvinda Levi has just appointed Elídio Miguel as Director General of the National Penitentiary Service (SERNAP).
Levi promised to continue supporting SERNAP in strengthening its institutional capacity, through programs that contribute to increasing the promotion of policies aimed at improving the performance of its activities.
