Mozambique Elections: EU Mission condemns political violence - AIM report

The president of the Committee on Social Affairs, Gender, Technologies and Social Communication (3rd Committee of the Assembly of the Republic), Lucília Hama, is urging a greater attention on the training and education of the members of this group as a way of enriching their knowledge and thereby better legislate, monitor and represent citizens.
Hama made this statement on Monday (10-03), during a meeting between the management of the 3rd Commission and representatives of the Foundation for Community Development (FDC), convened to identify ways to continue working together with strategic partners in the commission’s various areas of activity during this legislature.
The 3rd Committee of the Assembly of the Republic works in social areas, especially those of education, health, gender, youth, and social communication.
